If you’re looking for someone to carry the weight of your real estate needs, Jill Howard is the agent for you! Jill is a current resident, as well as an alumni, of Friendswood, Texas. While she spent most of her life growing up in Friendswood, she also spent much of her time in many parts of the Houston metro area. She is very familiar with and has great knowledge in many of these areas and their growth, not only through personal experience, but also through her years of experience in assisting with real estate appraisals.
Jill’s husband is a Certified Real Estate appraiser, so this gives her an upper hand in better understanding the market and the proper home valuation process! Jill is passionate about real estate, but more importantly, she is passionate about serving her community. She will work endlessly to make sure your real estate needs are handled with care, attention and professionalism. She strives to learn something new from every interaction and to constantly challenge herself.
As a wife and a mom of 4 children, Jill enjoys spending most of her free time with her family, preferably on the water and in the sunshine! She is a self proclaimed weight lifting junky, which has been her hobby for over 20 years. She also gives her time volunteering at her church on the praise and worship team. Her desire is to serve people well and she intends to do exactly that through real estate!
